Policies

Once you buy a pass, make sure to reserve your spot!

Reserving a spot ensures that we will be able to reach you to inform you if class has to be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen events). If your schedule changes, you can always cancel your reservation and come to class on another day/time.

 

PLEASE LOOK FOR a confirmation email for the specific class date and time. If you are not sure that you are registered for a class, CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY! 

 

What to bring/How to prepare:

Wear clothes that you can easily move in (yoga tights are NOT required!). If you have a yoga mat, bring it along; if not, you can use one of ours. You will also find helpful TIPS FOR BEGINNERS on our Yoga Tips page, along with some answers to frequently asked questions.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you cancel your reservation via the Schedule Bliss system at least 1 hour before the scheduled class time, you will receive a class credit to your account. Credit will not be given for cancellations received less than 1 hour prior to class.

If the studio must cancel a class, event, or workshop, you will receive your choice of a full refund or class credit, regardless of the time frame. 

 

What about the weather?

In the event of severe weather, we will notify all pre-registered students of the cancellation with an email from the Schedule Bliss reservation system (sent from notifications@schedulebliss.com). The cancellation will also be posted in Schedule Bliss (online and mobile app). If you have any questions about whether class will be held, you can call us at 740-772-YOGA (9642). 

 

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience to you related to the weather or unforeseen events. If we must cancel a class due to the weather or other circumstances, you will receive your choice of a full refund or class credit, regardless of the time frame.

 

Workshop and event cancellation (by studio)

If a scheduled workshop or event must be cancelled for any reason, all registered students will be notified immediately and can choose between receiving a full refund or studio credit.

Workshop and event cancellation (by student)

Pre-registration is currently required for all workshops and events. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member but must contact the studio AT LEAST 2 hours prior to the workshop or event with the name and contact information of the person who will take your spot. We do not offer refunds if you cancel a workshop or event reservation.
